Summer in Whistler 1

Kayaking, River of Golden Dreams & Green Lake UBC International House, the place i work for, is holding tons of summer events for the international students. Whislter Trip in June was one of those socials and i also went there to lead students and help the coordinator, which means *working* not chilling.



B4 kickin' off. Everyone gets excited w/o expecting that some would flip soon..



Never done the any of water sports before and i was the fastest kayaker ever. It doesnt mean im good enough at kayaking, but the flow was unbelievably rapid to control the speed. I was sooooooo scared when i noticed that Calvin flipped and lost his camera and glasses, but my kayak just kept going on and on so fast...felt like i was racing or sth...



Kinda got used to paddling. The river was so beautiful.



Calvin, Andre and me. We''ve eventually arrived at Green Lake. Suddenly started raining.


The water in Green Lake was actually green. Keiko's learned kayaking in NZ and looked like a pro.
